Open Door Unlimited works on a contingency basis. Open Door Unlimited is paid only if you choose to employ or contract with a healthcare professional that we have referred to you.

Are Open Door Unlimited fees competitive?

Open Door Unlimited fees are consistent with market averages.

Does Open Door Unlimited offer services on a retained basis?

If you prefer to work on a retained basis you can discuss a retained search with our Healthcare Placement Specialist.

Does Open Door Unlimited provide Locum Tenens physicians?

No.

If I sign an agreement with Open Door Unlimited, will I also be able to work with other recruiting firms?

Yes. Facilities are free to use other recruiting firms; however, we feel that once you compare the service and value of Open Door Unlimited, you will want to use our firm exclusively.

Do you provide background checks and reference checks of healthcare professionals?

Open Door Unlimited does an initial background screening. We will pass on any gathered information to our facilities. A full background check will be the client’s responsibility. Open Door Unlimited will assist client in getting references and will conduct reference checks upon the client’s request.

Do you offer a guarantee that healthcare professionals who are hired will fulfill contractual obligations?

Yes. The agreement signed by Open Door Unlimited and our facilities will outline details of this guarantee period.

Who pays for interviewing expenses of healthcare professionals?

In the majority of cases, the facility will pay for ordinary expenses incurred for the interview. In some situations, the facility may ask that expenses are paid for by the physician. At no time does Open Door Unlimited pay for interviewing expenses.
